The goal of ICHCC -ICTMF 2011 is to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects of High Performance Networking, Computing and Communication Systems. ICHCC -ICTMF 2011 will be the most comprehensive Conference focused on the various aspects of advances in High Performance Networking,Computing and Communication Systems. Our Conference provides a chance for academic and industry professionals to discuss recent progress in the area of High Performance Networking, Computing and Communication Systems. (ICHCC-ICTMF 2011) will be held in Singapore, Singapore, May 5-6, 2011. ICHCC -ICTMF 2009 was held on December 13 ~ 14, 2009, Sanya, China. Proceedings of ICHCC -ICTMF 2009 have been indexed by EI compendex.
All accepted papers will be included in the Springer LNCS CCIS proceedings (EI and ISTP), which will be indexed by the following services: EI compendex (since 2010)
ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Science (CPCI-S), included in ISI Web of Science, DBLP and Scopus.

2011年第二届高性能网络、计算与通信系统 & 2011第二届计算机科学理论及数学基础国际学术会议将于5月5-6日在新加坡召开（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。会议由国际智能信息技术应用学会（IITA）、德国施普林格（Springer）和新加坡南洋理工大学合作主办（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。论文投稿可以是中、英文稿件，但是最终版本必须是英文（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。会议论文集将由德国施普林格（Springer）出版集团出版，所有录用的论文将被EI compendex和ISTP检索.优秀论文会后将推荐到SCI或EI国际期刊发表（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。
