The IEEE ICCT is an annual conference series, focusing on both theory and applications
of communication technology. In addition to the technical sessions, there will be invited
sessions, tutorials and keynote addresses. The IEEE ICCT2011 will be held in Jinan, China
on September 25-28, 2011. We invite you to submit your original technical papers on
