2011第三届IEEE信息工程与电子商务国际学术会议将于2011年7月22-24日在中国黄石召开（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。会议由黄石理工学院举办，现代教育与计算机科学协会、IEEE长沙分会，华中科技大学，IEEE协办（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。会议论文集将由美国IEEE出版社出版，所有录用的论文将被Ei和ISTP检索（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。但所有论文必须有英文题目,英文摘要,英文关键词和英文参考文选,投稿中文或英文均可（EnPapers 论文翻译、英文论文修改、SCI论文润色）。

第一篇论文注册费2400人民币，第二篇论文注册费1600人民币，欢迎投稿！

The 3rd International Symposium on Information Engineering and Electronic Commerce(IEEC2011) serves as a forum for researchers, industry professionals, and academics interested in Information Engineering and Electronic Commerce, with the goal of fostering interaction.The conference was organized by Huangshi Inistitute of Technology, sponsored by Ternopil National Economic University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan University,Harbin Institute of Technology and Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science,and supported by IEEE Changsha Subsection. The IEEC2011 Proceedings will be published by IEEE Press, and all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore,and EI Compendex and ISTP. The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
